I loved Bill!  He was so helpful to me when I first came to the Library...he patiently explained "budgets" and "fund raiding" and "capital campaigns..." all new to me....I only knew "books" and "programs." He was wonderful...and always looked so dapper....he will be missed for sure...I am out of state and so can't share there thoughts in person...Cindy
